The hotel is located in fashionable Kensington, next to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the Kensington High Street underground station is just a few minutes on foot.

All the rooms are spacious and well furnished with views over Kensington High Street and also to Kensington Palace Mews and Gardens. The hotel has two restaurants, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, both are very tastefully furnished and decorated. The rooftop restaurant offers beautiful views and a dance area with a grand piano.
