Independent Report
locationThe hotel is located in a quiet side street off Bayswater Road. Two underground stations are within few minutes' walk to the hotel, for quick link to all of Londons attractions (Bayswater and Queensway). Hyde Park is only a stroll away at the end of the Inverness Terrace, where the hotel is located.
roomsThey are basic and simply furnished, size differs due to the age of the building, however on average they are fairly small. They are clean, and have a small TV. The very small bathrooms are prefabricated boxes, similar to the ones you would find in a boat, they are however very clean and functional. A couple of the single rooms have a shower and basin within the room, while the toilet only is located just out of the room.
restaurantThe breakfast room area is located on the lower ground floor and has recently been refurbished to a good and pleasant standard.
exteriorIt is a typical Victorian townhouse with a white facade.
lobbyIt is very small with a reception desk, a couple of comfortable leather chairs and leading directly to the bedrooms.
generalThis hotel is really ideal for those traveling with a budget but looking for a very central location. The Bayswater area is very vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants open till late. The hotel represents good value for money.
