Although this hotel is only ideal for those travelling with a budget it benefits from a fantastic location on Bayswater High street, Queensway and next door to pubs, restaurants and shops open till late. The hotel is excellent value for money. (0606RP)

The breakfast room is on the same level as the reception and is a small room with a rear door providing access to a small patio style garden.

The small to medium sized rooms have just completed a major refurbishment and now feature bright laminated flooring and new pine furniture. Bathrooms are in good condition too.
location
The hotel is on situated directly on Queensway high street in the heart of Bayswater. Queensway is a bustling cosmopolitan thoroughfare with diverse restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs, cinemas and a multi-storey shopping centre (Whiteleys). Two underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway) and several bus routes give easy access to all parts of the city. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
