The hotel is located in Lancaster Gate area overlooking Hyde Park just a couple minutes walk from Lancaster Gate Underground station, also within walking distance to Paddington Railway and Underground Station close to Marble Arch and the West End.

The standard rooms are small, modern style, with air-conditioning, TV with multi channels, wireless broadband, mini-safe,duvet, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, trouser press with iron and ironing board and a well-lit work space. The bathrooms are small in size and in very good condition.

There is a cafe-style restaurant on the ground floor adjoining to a spacious lobby area which offers modern international food and on a couple of evenings a week Malaysian cuisine. This is where breakfast is served too.

The hotel is an attractive, white Victorian building with its entrance flanked by columns.
