A pleasant hotel in a quiet district but within easy reach of all the action of Lulea. The hotel offers a delightful relax area, with whirlpool bath, sunlamp and complimentary light beer on tap, excellent for winding down after a long day sightseeing the city and region. (12/05 LC)
lobby
Coming in through electric doors at an angle to the street the lobby offers an oasis of resbite. A cosily docorated room filled with artifacts and amazing pictures of the region, the lobby is a friendly place in which to check-in.
exterior
A 5 storey brick building which although built in the late 80's is reminisent of a period building built by iron ore barons for housing their workers.
restaurant
Breakfast is served in the Restaurant Eden which is located directly adjacent to Best Western Arctic Hotel. It also offers an evening menu with good quality dishes at resonsable prices.
rooms
The rooms are nicely designed with wooden flooring and large windows making them bright and airy. All are in a good condition and are recently renovated. The bathrooms are equally in a good condition.
location
Located on the edge of the city's CBD, and only a 5 minute walk to the train station and bus terminal, although the airport bus stops outside. This makes it one of the best located hotels for public transport but farthest from the water's edge and civic area of the city where the university is based.
