The hotel is ideally located opposite Lille Europe international train station, for the Eurostar. It is also 100 m from the Euralille shopping centre and a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the historic centre of the city.

There are 121 bedrooms on 10 floors, all in very good condition as the hotel opened in December 2002. All are with air conditioning and all modern amenities, the furniture style is contemporary.

Again the decor is modern and contemporary. The restaurant proposes a la carte meal or a buffet choice.
