Located approximately 8 minutes walk from the South Terminal, with the North Terminal easily reached via the airport transit train. The hotel offers a regular shuttle service to and from the airport. Business travellers can enjoy access in 30 minutes to London Victoria via the Gatwick Express Train. Alternatively, the South Coast (incl Brighton) and West Sussex are a relaxing 30 minute trip in the other direction.

The lobby is large and openplan with an impressive atrium around on the right with ltables and seating and natural light streaming through into the area. Around the other side is the Lounge Bar and restaurant with floor to ceiling glass windows and high ceilings. There's a real sense of space in the hotel.
