generalThis is an excellent hotel which has recently undergone a major refurbishment throughout. A beautifully modern hotel, it is now renowned as part of the distinguished Principal-Hagley branding. (KB 03/08)
lobbyThe hotel lobby is medium in size and is quite elegant, with an art deco interior style. There is a reception desk and a seating area with sofas and armchairs, all in a clean, modern style. An open fireplace provides a warm welcome and a stylish area from which is enjoy afternoon tea.
exteriorThis is a large, traditional building with a terracotta facade. The building is extremely grand and is a grade II-listed building.
restaurantThe restaurant offers a range of dishes. There is also a bar which also offers light meals and drinks, and the cocktail bar is an ideal place for evening drinks.
roomsThe hotel has 116 rooms, all with bathrooms that are large and of a very good standard. All rooms have colour TV, direct-dial telephone, trouser press and hair dryer. The rooms are medium and large in size and are in very good condition, with modern decor. Rooms have earthy, neutral colourings and are perfect for leisure guests looking to enjoy a relaxing weekend away.
