A good quality hotel in good condition with an excellent location. Perfect for any travellers to the area including groups. Central location grants access to the shopping district and superb new dining establishments across the city.

A modern, newly built 8 storey building. Parking is available but is paid for at the hotel.

The hotel has no restaurant on-site but breakfast is served in the lounge area.Due to the hotel's city centre location though it is perfect for eating out in any of the number of good restaurant in Leeds.

The 112 rooms are bright modern and well maintained with neutral colouring. Rooms are of a medium size and include Alarm Clock, AM/FM Radio, Coffee Maker, Colour TV, Electronic Door Locks, Hairdryer, In Room Movies, Modem Connection, Private Shower, Remote Control TV, Satellite TV, Tea Maker, Work Desk w/ Lamp.
