Located on the outskirts of Leeds, just off the A1(M) motorway junction 42. Hotel provides easy access to both Leeds and surrounding cities.

All our bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished to a good standard. Rooms are of a medium size and are decorated in a traditional style.
restaurant
The Watermill Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious, freshly prepared, food throughout the day. The menus are regularly changed to include the finest local produce. The restaurant can hold up to 100 guests and is decorated in a modern style, with brightly coloured decor. A bar and lounge area is also available to relax in.

A 2 storey, modern style building with ample parking.
lobby
The lobby area is of a medium size with a lift for disabled guests. Decorated in more pastel decor to a high standard.
general
An excellent standard 3 star hotel. Refurbished rooms are of an exceptional standard with modern white bathrooms. The restaurant is of an excellent standard and the location is perfect from which to explore surrounding cities including Leeds and York. Please be aware that the hotel is extremely busy with functions and that the restaurant may not always be available to dine in. (KB 12/06)
