The hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Santa Monica at Second Street and Broadway in the Bayside Business District. The hotel is one block from the beach and beautiful Palisades Park, across the street from Santa Monica Place, one of the most stylish and contemporary shopping malls in the L.A. area, and one block from the world renowned Third Street Promenade - four blocks of the most haute cuisine restaurants, thirty movie theaters, shops, street artists and musicians that has become "the" place to relax and "hang out" in L.A. The hotel is also walking distance to Santa Monica Pier and it's old world resort charm and carnival atmosphere.
