The restaurant is medium in size serving local and international cuisine. The Derici cafe, located at the front of the hotel, is serving delicious cafe style meals and coffees.

This is a 7 floor white concrete building, blending in well with the surrounding edifices.

The lobby is medium in size. There is a small sitting area. A patisserie belonging to the hotel is adjacent to the lobby.
