The lobby is very large with air conditioning and offers plenty of seating areas.

Large freeform swimming pool area is set amidst tropical gardens. Other recreational facilities include a jogging and cycling track. The hotel spa facility offers traditional Thai massage, herbal and aromatherapies and various treatments. The resort also offers international conference facilities with state of the art equipment up to maximum of 1,000 persons. One of the largest hotels in town with full and complete amenities. The restaurant offers international cuisine with traditional flavour of southern Thai as well as fresh seafood. The hotel's lobby bar and sky lounge offer delightful snacks and fresh drink.

Deluxe rooms are decorated in tropical colour using whites and comfortable wood colours on the glazed tiles floor. Rooms are large and fully equipped with high standard amenities. Most of the rooms have an attached balcony and offer garden, pool, and lagoon views. The bathroom is clean and medium-sized.

The resort is located in town, approximately 20-30 minutes drive from the airport. It is beautifully set in the landscaped garden with natural forest and overlooking the lagoon view.
