Ocean Front rooms are located on the front side of the Bay Tower and have full ocean/sunset views from inside the guestroom. Each guestroom offers 390 square feet of living space with one king or two double beds, mini refrigerator, coffee-tea maker and more. Hawaiian decor. The Bay Tower is the north building closest to the village of Kailua-Kona and was refurbished in 2001.
