Hawaiian decor. The Bay Tower is the north building closest to the village of Kailua-Kona and was refurbished in 2001.

The resort offers an award-winning dining featuring delicious cuisine and dramatic sunset views at the open-air restaurant. The adjacent open-air bar has an extensive selection of Mai Tais, Hawaiian tropical drinks, and island-style appetizers.
