It is a modern, 31-storey silver building along the Shinano River. It is the tallest building in Niigata and can be landmark of the city.

All rooms are on high floors (22nd-29th floor) and are medium size with beautiful view of skyline, mountainside and Japan sea. All are equipped with latest facilities such as; liquid-crystal screen television with video-on-demand system, high-speed internet access both wired/wireless LAN and BBC channel for English speaking guests. Bathroom is medium size but in good condition.
location
Located next to Niigata Convention Center (Toki Messe), which is one of the biggest convention centers along cost of Japan sea, the hotel stands along famous Shinano River, the longest river in Japan. It takes 7 minutes taxi ride from JR Niigata station, terminal of bullet train (Joetsu Shinkansen) from Tokyo within 2 hours. Also the hotel provides free shuttle bus from a bus-stop close by Niigata station (in front of Hotel Rich, 200 meters from exit of station). From Niigata Airport it is within 30 minutes taxi ride. Boat terminal for Sado Island,the biggest island in Japan, is within walking distance.
