The hotel is located in the heart of city, only 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car from JR Niigata station which is the terminal of bullet train (Joetsu Shinkansen). From Tokyo, it is 2hours journey by the bullet train. Niigata Airport is 20 minutes by car and "Toki Messe", the biggest convention hall in Niigata is 5 minutes by car.

Rooms are medium on average. All are simple decor and equipped with mini bar, free internet access, bathrobe, and international television programme (CNN) and tea set. Bathroom is medium size and in good condition.
restaurant
There are three restaurants from choices of Japanese, Chinese and French cuisine. In addition a coffee shop and lounge are on the ground floor.

It is a modern, 16-storey white building, with a-half-round shape.
