This hotel is set in it's own spacious landscaped grounds with fine views of the lush green mountains and woods. It is just a short walk to the centre of Kenmare and local attractions include the lakes of Killarney and the Dingle Peninsula.
rooms
The bedrooms are in excellent condition and are clean and attractive with floral bedspreads in pastel shades. The furniture is modern and the rooms are reasonably sized and comfortable.
restaurant
The hotel restaurant is modern and well presented with attractive table displays and a wide variety of menus. It is a very elegant yet informal room to dine in.
exterior
This is a modern hotel with large windows at the front of the building, supplying terrific views of the surrounding countryside.
lobby
The lobby is large in size with a pine reception desk and a small seating area. The restaurant is next to the lobby and stairs lead to the bedrooms.
general
The hotel has a modern bar which is decorated in wood panelling with ornaments associated with the local culture. This is a well-run hotel with beautiful surroundings in the picturesque town of Kenmare, which was voted Ireland's best kept small town in 2000. (03.08rt)
