Small to medium sized lobby, with a small reception desk to the right of the entrance. The reception area is bright and casual with some small artifact decorations.

This is a modern, 4 storey low rise white building.

There is one medium sized restaurant located inside serving local Turkish cuisine.

Rooms are small to medium in size with a soft warm colour scheme. All rooms are air conditioned, have their own private bathrooms, ISD telephone and mini bar.

Located in the town centre in Kas and only 100m from the beach. The shops, markets, bars and cafes are within easy walking distance.
