Located in the centre of the Jumeirah Beach Residence and overlooking the Arabian Gulf. A great location with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafe's on the 'Walk'. Very easy access to the public beach and very close to the new Marina Mall Shopping Centre. About a 45 minute journey from Dubai International Aiport and very convenient for Media & Internet City and the Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Superior 2 Bedroom are spacious 190sqm apartment situated on floors 15-32 (with balconies) and 42-49 (without balconies) offering views of Dubai Marina.
