Relax in a spacious 60 sq. meter/645 sq. ft. Deluxe Studio, or spoil yourself fin a 262 sq. meter/2,820 sq. ft. four-bedroom apartment, which features two balconies, a dining and living room and a maid's room with an en-suite bath.

To further enhance one of Dubai's key areas 'The Walk', construction and development is on-going in the near vicinity of the hotel. Please note that views from Sea View rooms may be partially obstructed by the construction. No Pets Allowed. Kindly note that the hotel will be converting their Studio Courtyard and Studio Sea View in hotel rooms. The conversion will involve the removal of the kitchenette and turn the studio into a Hotel Room. All rooms will be converted by 1st October 2012 Currently there is more visual rather than noise disturbance, however, the hotel is not carrying out the works and not in a position to be able to estimate the duration or extent of any potential noise disturbance. The work that is being carried out is visible from some of the guestrooms.
