The hotel is located in Pendik, which is on the Asian side of Istanbul. The hotel is only 12 kilometres from the Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport.

All rooms in the Divan Asia are elegantly decorated and are at least 30 square meters. The rooms have either city views (superior) or sea view in the Deluxe rooms. All room have high speed internet, flat-screen TVs, movie channels, a pillow menu, electronic safe, mini-bar, coffee and tea facilities and a hairdryer. .

The hotel serves a good selection of Turkish and International dishes which are served in the brasserie. The hotel also has a bar on the top floor overlooking the Princes? Islands. There is also a health bar at the gym, serving fresh-squeezed juices and fresh smoothies.
