This is a good hotel in a very interesting area of the city. Close to the main shopping street in the city centre, Istiklal Caddesi and Taksim Square this is an ideal for both first time and repeat visitors to this fascinating city. (0207MJ)

The medium sized lobby with its marble flooring is elegantly furnished and welcomes guests to the hotel.
exterior
This is an historic building sympathetically restored to become a striking landmark in the area.
restaurant
The hotel has an excellent terrace restaurant with views of both the Golden Horn and Bosphorus. A variety of international cuisine is served with al fresco dining in the summer months.
rooms
The rooms are maintained to a good standard and are equipped with all the usual amenities with the added benefit of wireless internet access. Bathrooms are maintained to a similar high standard.
location
Overlooking the magnificent Golden Horn and Bosphorus Sea the hotel is centrally situated in the 'Pera' area of the city close to the famous Galata Tower. Taksim Square and lively Beyoglu with its myriad choice of bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance whilst the main historic attractions of the old city can be reached by a quick and cheap taxi ride.
