The hotel is located on the left bank of the Dniepr river. Being a 16-storey building it offers some spectacular views on the golden domes of the Kiev Pechersk Lavra monasteries. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the city centre by taxi.

The rooms are small to medium sized. They are furnished with bright wooden furniture. Bathrooms, most shower only, a in good condition.

The restaurant on the ground floor offers a la carte lunch and dinners.

A high rise building, close to the river bank.

The lobby is medium to large. There is a large reception and concierge desk, lobby bar and internet point.
