The lobby is located on the second floor and accessable with an escalator. It is medium-sized and decorated with very comfortable sitting areas to meet and greet guests. There is a popular internet cafe serving breakfast and lunch in the lobby.

There are three restaurants with cocktail lounges located on the street level.

Rooms are furnished with white furniture, decorated with island art, carpeted in warm earth tones with anthurium-patterned bed spreads and matching drapery.
