The hotel is a designer-appointed boutique hotel, centrally located in Waikiki, two blocks from the beach and only moments away from world class dining and shopping.

The Modearte guest rooms command partial views of Waikiki and surrounding neighbourhoods. These rooms are small and feature one queen bed or two twin beds, a small bathroom with shower only, microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker, complimentary high speed internet, local newspaper, local calls and in-room safety deposit box. These rooms are 220 sq.ft. and have wicker island-style furniture, floral-print fabrics and colourful surfing photos on the walls.
