Hideaway Island Resort & Marine Sanctuary is a small coral atoll, surrounded by beautiful blue water and coral reefs. The island is located 10 minutes (7 kms) from Port Vila, the capital city of Vanuatu, where the international airport is located. The hotel organises their own transfers. Payable directly to the hotel on arrival.

Budget style accommodation. Melanesian style 2 Bedroom units, free standing Bures with coral walls and local art to decorate them. Each bungalow has its en-suite bathroom & shower, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities and overhead fan. No air-conditioning, TV and phones in the rooms.

The restaurant and bar are set up on the beach. Open for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Guests can sit with their toes in the sand. The food offers good value.

Situated within the Marine Sanctuary, Vanuatu Post has created the world's only underwater Post office.
