The hotel is situated at the conjunction of Qingchun road and Hubin avenue, on its north eastern shore of the west lake and in the heart of Hangzhou's bustling business district. The hotel is thirty-five minutes away from the airport and it takes a ten-minute drive to the Hangzhou railway station.

Rooms are large on average and in very good conditions. All rooms are tastefully decorated with modern facilities. Some of the rooms have a great lake view.

Restaurants are nicely decorated and serve a wide range choice of the Chinese and western food. The Executive lounge features great view of the West Lake.
