A traditional white building, extremely attractive to the eye. Nevertheless the property retains a modern feel. The main theme of the hotel is the history of film and the Amanda statuette, which is Norway's version of the Oscars.

A pleasant hotel in a pleasant town. The major plus is the hotel's location looking out onto the water, watching the sail boats go by.
