This is a pleasant hotel close to the motorway. (GH1208)

The lobby is medium in size and is very stylish with a reception desk and a seating area. The decor is completely art decor.
exterior
The hotel was built in the 1930's in the shape of an aircraft to honour the growth of the aviation industry in the area. It is now a grade 2 listed building and is a theme hotel with art deco and 1930's features.
restaurant
Art's bar and grill offers an excellent selection of wines and International cuisine in a stylish room with glass tables and modern furnishings. The bar is famous for its harvey wallbanger!
rooms
All 55 rooms are en suite with remote control tv, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. The rooms are medium in size and in good condition with 1930's interior that blends in with the rest of the hotel.
location
This hotel is situated in the centre of Hatfield. It is 1 mile from the railway station, 14 miles from luton airport and 32 miles from Heathrow. Nearby attractions include Welwyn Garden City and St Albans, both excellent for shopping.
