A very good hotel, in a nice area of Funchal. (08/08 dds)

The lobby is spacious in size, all the furnitures are really comfortable, all the public area is very well illuminated, marble floor and reception desk, a beautiful bar, and typical portuguese furnitures are part of the decoration of the public area.
exterior
This is a modern hotel, with a magnificent view, with an easy access to the Casino, car park, tennis court, and an outdoor swimming pool.
restaurant
There are two restaurants in this hotel plus a Barbeque beside the swimming pool, the international and portuguese cuisine is served every day in all the two restaurants. All of them are very well decorated with modern furnitures.
rooms
The rooms are medium in size, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, with air conditioning, satellite TV, direct line telephone, radio, hairdryer, minibar, safety-box, and private balcony with a side sea view.
location
Facing the Dock of the Bay, surrounded magnificent gardens and very close to the City Centre, just in front of the Casino.
