restaurantIt is located on the ground floor and offers refined cuisine with Tuscan specialities, the cuisine is of the highest of standards. Very large in size it is divided in 4 areas, one of which overlooks the pool. The atmosphere is romantic and elegant. It has red fitted carpet and round tables and is nicely decorated with chandeliers and plants.
exteriorThe building that dates back to the XVIII century and houses the Grand Hotel Villa Medici is located in a quiet part of the town, a short walk to the Lungarno with a white facade.
lobbyThe lobby is large and very attractively furnished in a decorative style that is traditional and elegant with many antique pieces of furniture.
A very nice and beautifully decorated sitting area can be found in a room next to the lobby. It has marble floor, paintings, sofas covered with special textile and traditional style furniture.
generalThis is a superb hotel situated in the historical centre of Florence and the only one to offer a garden with a pool.

roomsThe junior suites are spacious and furnished in a different style and colour. Tastefully decorated and well refined, they are enriched by polish tapestries, fine draperies and curtains. Some suites have paintings on the walls. All rooms have a small sitting area composed by comfortable sofa and wooden coffee table.
locationThe hotel is located near the river Arno to the west of the city in front of a small square, in a quiet area.
