The Hotel is situated on the hills of Fiesole, in the Tuscan countryside, overlooking the Arno river, the Chianti valley and Florence skyline, which imposes on the great dome of Cathedral. City historical center is reachable in just 15 minutes by car.

All rooms, large sized, are decorated with light creamy colours and elegantly furnished while respecting the sobriety of the monastic tradition, with inlaid chests, austere chairs and terracotta floors.

The wall fresco depicting the Last Supper stands in what was once the refectory of the monastery, now the hotel restaurant. On summer evenings, the restaurant porch becomes a truly charming environment where taste the flavors of Tuscan cuisine while enjoying the unique panorama of the valley of the Arno, on which stands the skyline of Florence. Cooking classes held at the hotel by renowned chefs are very popula. Some cooking lessons are tailored for children, too.
