From the airport in Florence, you can take a taxi which will take 20mins or there is a shuttle bus that takes 30mins to reach the area where you can take the bus.

generalA very nice Residence facing the Arno River withing walking distance to the historical centre. The residence has a private parking on request and there is pay parking in the square just in front of the building.
lobbyThe lobby is a small office that is open from 9:00-17:30 and there is a housekeeper available 24 hours a day.
exteriorA glamorous 19th century Mansion recently restored and provided with all comforts even if maintaining the original architectural style and atmosphere.
roomsAll the Apartments have been renovated in an elegant style. In the living rooms and bedrooms there is wooden furniture with blue tapestry, cotto or parquet floors, crystal tables and lamps. Modern kitchenettes with electric cooking corner and cooking utilities. Bathrooms are all new with Carrara marbles (all with shower). Rooms with lovely view.
locationThe 1st category Residence S.Niccolo - recently renovated and elegantly finished - is located on the Lungarno riverside, in a suggestive panoramic point overlooking the river in front of Piazzale Michelangelo, and in ideal position to reach all the main historical sites of the centre, at short walking distance (10 minutes to get to the Old Bridge).
