Located in the one of the newest commercial districts of Exeter, adjacent to the Met Office. The is also within minutes of the M5 and the closest hotel to Exeter International Airport.

The 122 rooms all come equipped with satellite TV with in-room movies, tea/ coffee making facilities, hairdryer, ensuite with power shower and work desk with lamp. The rooms are medium in size and are decorated in a simple modern style to a good condition.

Continental buffet breakfast is available at the hotel but no restaurant is available for lunch or dinner. The hotel though is close to other restaurants and pubs.
