Comprised of three town houses, this elegant hotel is just a 15 minutes walk from the centre of Edinburgh in Bruntsfield, an attractive area of the city with many speciality shops, restaurants and bars.

A comfortable hotel in a thriving location. The bar can be lively and there is no lift, so the hotel is not suitable for the eldery or infirm. (KB 05/08)

The lobby is small and traditional. The reception area/lounge is serviced by the bar staff and is located on the ground floor where guests can relax.

This is a traditional Victorian building.
restaurant
The Links Bar is extremely popular with the locals and features all major sporting events, has a snooker area and beer garden to the front. Breakfast is served in the bar area and is followed by an extensive all day menu which can, weather permitting be taken alfresco.
rooms
The bedrooms are located over three floors and complimented with light decor furnishings and furnished to a three standard. The hotel does not have a lift and is therefore unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.Each bedroom is bright and modern in decor and features tea/coffe making facilities, satellite TV, trouser press and hair dryer.
