Single and twin rooms are available; both are very comfortable and offer great value for the money. With shared bathroom facilities and a communal kitchen with sink, electric hob and fridge-freezer, rooms are spacious and quiet. The communal flats are warm and cosy, although simple and very basically furnished. Please note: rooms are part of University Halls of Residence, which are vacant over the summer period. No double or triple rooms are available.

This property has a fantastic location 2 minutes’ walk from Edinburgh's most famous street, The Royal Mile. The charming and lively Grassmarket is less than a 5-minute walk, and the main station just over 10 minutes. Everything in Edinburgh can be explored on foot from this property, offering fantastic value for the money!
