generalThe Best Western Braid Hills Hotel is magnificently situated in own grounds with ample free parking, panoramic views across Edinburgh and beyond to the Firth of Forth and the hills of Fife. Although only 2 1/2 miles from the city centre, it boasts a secluded setting, far from the noise and congestion of the centre itself. Five golf courses within one mile of hotel. No lift. Luggage assistance available.
lobbyMedium in size, the lobby has a traditional, warm, welcoming feel. There are large sofas and information on the local area.
exteriorTraditional in design, the hotel has a very attractive, almost castle-like facade.
restaurantThe hotel has its own restaurant to the side of the lobby. Called The Allemuir, it serves international dishes as well as Scottish cuisine. The restaurant has great views across the hills.
roomsRooms are warm and cosy and medium in size. All come fully equipped and offer guests a relaxing, quiet and comfortable break.
locationJust a short drive from the city centre, this hotel has grounds with stunning views across the Fife Hills. Relax in this most peaceful setting. Idyllic!
