The hotel prides itself with its fantastic location overlooking the seafront with secluded terraces and gardens situated at the west end of King Edwards Parade.

The 152 rooms include 32 suites and 14 Junior Suites. All rooms are individually designed and all feature a private bathroom, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone, modem points in all bedrooms, trouser press and hairdryer. Room service is available 24 hours.

This hotel has 2 first class restaurants totally dedicated to the highest ideals of traditional English cuisine with a degree of modern interpretation and influence, the newly refurbished restaurant exudes a splendid atmosphere of quality and grace. This magnificent 19th century hotel has been sympathetically restored and modernised. It is the landmark hotel of Eastbourne.

The elegant lobby is large and elegant, incorporating a seating area. The main hotel restaurant is located to the right of the lobby while the public bar is on the left hand side.
