The hotel is situated at the end of Cavendish Place opposite the Pier and Carpet gardens with a level walk to the promenades and main shopping centre, the latter of which is only two minutes walk away. Very near the town centre with all main high street shops just a few yards walk from the centrally located Victorian pier.

All bedrooms have a colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities all have their own en-suite bathrooms and central heating, making it comfortable for year round holidays and business trips. Direct dial telephone and Internet access in all bedrooms.
restaurant
The hotel has a lovely traditional restaurant with all home cooked food. In addition there are also two fully stocked bars with draught beers on tap and a wide selection of wines to complement the menus.

A traditional white washed building on the corner opposite Eastbourne Pier.

This is a very good two star hotel with fantastic location. (DB 03/08)

A small lobby leading onto a large lounge with plenty of seating area. A WIFI area with food is served throughout the day.
