The rooms feature modern decor in attractive colours. Standard rooms are small but adequate. Every room is equipped with a fax machine, satellite television channels, mini bar, hair dryer and individual safe deposit box. All are in good condition.

The hotel is located next to the Dubai Clock Tower and just a 10 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport. The location offers a good base for accessing all major business districts and shopping centres in Dubai. This area is known as the heart of downtown Deira.

Further facilities include a rooftop deck where guests can enjoy the sun or take a dip in the outdoor pool. Health club facilities and a beauty salon are also available.
