The hotel is located just outside Dudley village and very close to Dudley zoo.

All the rooms are in exceptional condition as the hotel has been recently built. The rooms are large in size and offer all the facilities one would expect from a good three star hotel. The bathrooms are also in a very good condition.
restaurant
The hotel has a relaxed informal grill and bar area serving a variety of dishes. There is also a carvery on offer. The hotel also boasts a relaxing popular pub, again serving light snacks and meals. Both restaurants are ideal for families.

The lobby is large and welcoming with ample seating area and a children's play area.
