A short walk from the Octagon in the centre of the city. Dunedin is one of the most Southerly cities in the world. Also known as the Edinburgh of the South this city has strong links with Scotland ever since the first settlers. A port city, many international Cruise ships visit each year in the summer season.

Superior rooms are furnished to a high standard and are in excellent condition. Many upper floor rooms have great harbour views. All standard amenities, complimentary tea/coffee, TV with cable channels, iron/ironing board.

The hotel is a welcome addition to the city. Dunedin is a city experiencing large growth in visitors. A great place from which to explore the southern most areas of new Zealand. Also a university city with a world class reputation, and located only half an hour from some unique attractions on the Otago peninsula such as the world famous Albatross colony, the Penguin colony and New Zealand's only castle (Larnach).
