Within five minutes walk of the city centre and one of its main features the Octagon. Dunedin is the port city of the Otago Province. It has been called the Edinburgh of the south, and has a strong Scottish feel as well as historical links to Scotland.

Rooms are furnished in a similar style throughout. Simple but comfortable. Functional rather than spacious. All rooms have mini-bar, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, Iron and ironing board , hairdryers and sky TV. Many rooms feature balconies.
