A fascinating hotel with some interesting history. Because of its size, this hotel has the ability to pay close attention to its guests and their requirements. Beautifully restored and furnished in high quality fittings. SE1008

A medium sized lobby with staff on hand to assist with any tourist information that may be required.
exterior
An historic building from the early 1920's. Three storey brick building which has many unique features.
restaurant
There is no restaurant on site, but included in the room rate is a complimentary continental breakfast served in the breakfast room.
rooms
As the property is a historical building the rooms are not all the same shape or size. They are all of a good size and finished to a high standard. All rooms have central heating, LCD tv's, and tea /coffee making facilities. Some of the rooms look out over the city and have excellent harbour views.
location
A five minute walk to the Dunedin City Octagon in the centre of the city. Also close to Dunedin's "green belt".
