Near the Otago university in the northern part of Dunedin.

The rooms are all spacious and nicely furnished. The bathrooms are all very modern and most have bathtubs. Mini-bar, satellite TV and iron/ironing board are standard in every room.

A Modern low rise building in white stone work with a red tiled roof. there is plenty of parking.

A small boutique property in the university area. approximately 20minutes walk to the Octagon plaza and main shopping and restaurant area. Public transport is frequent and close to the hotel. Self-drive guests may prefer this hotel because of the parking whihc would not be so easily available at more central city hotels. SE0505
