The rooms are traditional in design and classically elegant. All are in good condition and have telephone lines and data ports, and tea and coffee-making facilities as standard. Please note that triple rooms have one double and one single bed and are therefore not really suitable for same-sex parties.

Lynams is home to the Cafe Carlo Italian restaurant, which serves Room service is available from 07.30 am to 10.00 pm daily, and residents can benefit from the 24-hour residents bar, enjoying drinks in the relaxed surroundings of the O'Connell room.
