The lobby is large and traditional in style; it is spacious, well-lit and welcoming.

The hotel was built in 1741; however, there has been a modern extension.

There are two restaurants, which serve first-class international food.

The bedrooms are all well-equipped, with multi-channel television, tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, mini-bar and trouser press. Rooms are also air-conditioned.

This hotel is located in an exclusive Dublin suburb, with views of Killiney Bay. The castle building is located in a nice woodland area, and was once a historic house, built in 1741 as a residence. The property is 9 miles from the centre of Dublin. The DART train station of Dalkey is just a 10-minute walk, providing a quick 25-minute transfer to Dublin City.
