The Anchor Guesthouse is perfectly situated in the city centre, 200 metres from The Central Bus Station Tram Stop (Connolly), to the rear of Gandon's Custom House. It is located within a 10 minute walk of Dublin's popular tourist attractions, which include Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Henry Street, Trinity College, The O2 and Dublin Convention Centre. Further south of the river are the Grand Canal Theatre, Guinness Storehouse, Stephens Green and the Aviva Stadium.

Anchor House breakfast is served each morning at in the Anhcor B&B Dining Room between 08:00 - 10:00 am. There is no evening Restaurant.

The Lobby is more akin to the old house hallway and thus is quite small but very welcoming.
