The Resort is located 12 km from the next air or seaport of Dumaguete City. Travelling time by car is approx. 15 to 20 minutes.

The resort have 2 Deluxe rooms with king sized bed which are located lower end of the resort and 30 meter to the beach front. All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, air conditioned, Satellite TV, hot & cold water shower, internet connection and a private covered terrace.

Dumaguete Springs which serves Philippino and Corean food.

All bungalows are made of concrete structure, but at the outside covered with native bamboo style.
